Hello,

I just registered and had some questions regarding the service that you are offering.

I am working on a Mac with firefox and plugin foxyproxy. (Plugin to use an proxy with a mouse click.)

Now have i found several proxy servers on the internet but none of them justify my expectations. With most of the proxy's i can browse the internet, i am also getting a different ip adres. But i can not visit websites like www.hotmail.com because this site uses SSL.

When i use a webbased proxy server, some of them will work but won't run java, which is needed to run for example hotmail.com.

My actual question is, will i be able to visit any sites (like www.hotmail.com) without having any limitations?

So also logging in the mail client and sending email with the proxy.

Also when i want to logon into some of forum i'll get an error that visiting that page is forbidden.

I am willing to pay, i don't require the fastest speed connection.

Thank you in advance.

EDIT: I also just installed the addon from this site: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/161958/

Thanks for your post but we rarely see any message from users at our forums. We already answered most frequently asked questions within our articles. They are simple and anyone, even a newbie could understand them.

As for your question, did you noticed that all web sites like hotmail, yahoo, google are using SSL protocol? I mean if you try to access mail box you will need proxy server which support https:// like URLs. Could you please tell us a bit more what filter options did you select at our web site?

BTW we are working to make proxy filter at our web site simpler because the one we have right now is very flexible for pro web masters but at the same time very complicated for regular user users. Another problem is that nobody reads instructions at the end of the page or hints Smiley Time interval and uptime is the key to your success.

Could you please tell us a bit more information for what do you need them and I am sure we will find some solution for your particular case.

p.s. could you please also confirm that you are our VIP member or do you use free proxy servers from our web site?

Hello,
I am newbie here in using proxies. I read the FAQs, help and almost all topics in this forum but still I have problem in using your proxies. I am freebie and tried to use the free proxy to access sites like facebook, youtube etc. After I configured my browsers like IE and Firefox with the proxies provided on your website and tried to access the above sites, I am getting page cannot be displayed. I even verified the status of the proxy and it still active on your list and shows the last check was 22 sec ago but no luck. It there some thing I am doing wrong. I thought of buying VIP but need to find if this works well or not after i buy it.

Thanks

Ok, to be sure that you are setup proxy server correctly I will suggest you to use Premium Proxy Switcher addon for Firefox: http://freeproxylist.org/en/premium-proxy-switcher.htm

After that select all transparent proxy servers from our web site (we have article how to generate download link) and add all these proxy servers to PPS addon ('manage proxy server' menu item). Later that try to select US proxy (they are the best based on our experience) if there will be any and after PPS addon will setup that proxy (it will take a second) you should be able to access blocked web site.

Case you will experience the same problem again try to contact us via ICQ or Live chat, I am sure we could find what kind of mistake you are making. Believe us - there are not way to block access to any web site! Unblocking a web site is just about how much user wants to get access and nothing more Wink
