First of all thank you very much for choosing our service. As for your question regarding the problem with proxy servers, there are could be several reasons for that.
Please make sure that you are doing setup right way. If you are absolutely sure then you have to check what you have specified for 'time interval' field. That is innovation available only at our web site BUT in many cases it cause such problem. Different projects require different values:
- If you are going to use proxy server manually then the best will be 10-20 minutes.
- If you will use proxy server for programs or scripts then you have to select 3-5 minutes.
- Finally if you are going to test proxy servers before usage you can simple select the maximum - 360 minutes to get maximum amount of proxy servers.
Also you can set minimum speed to 10kb, minimum uptime to 80% and finally 10 minutes as time interval.
If you will still experience a problem could you please supply us with region (if you prefer to keep your country private) and last part of your download link (for security reasons do not post your KEY here), right after '&data=' string.
BTW if you are using Firefox then I will suggest xyzproxy Add-on. With single click can enable, disable or select any proxy from the list. The only disadvantage it has right now is that, it does not allow users to load proxy servers from given URL (currently we are working on our own proxy Add-on for Firefox).
